Dear Ken,
I just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the installation of our storm shelter. Duane and his assistant were punctual, informative, and very helpful. As a result of my neighborhood message board post letting everyone know about the install, two neighbors stopped by during the installation process and two others have stopped by since then. They have all commented on how professional and secure the shelter appears. I encouraged them to call you guys and get signed up.
I'm mailing a check i tomorrow to the address on the sales contract. I also appreciate the $100 referral discount. I play in a few golf tournaments around the region and would love to advertise for TSW in the form of a cap or golf shirt if you have anything available.

Just given you the heads up w/ more referrals coming your way. With all the disasters that have hit our area more people have come wanting to see our shelter. Your Company installed our on 2/10/2010 in Hollywood, AL. On Wed. April 27, 2011, we had 15 people in our shelter numerous times through out the day & night. Our storm shelter is in and we love it ! Duanne is a GREAT guy he takes the time to do it right and to please his customer.
He installs as if he was putting it in for himself. AWESOME !
